As General Manager (Executive) for the Debswana Orapa, Letlhakane and Damtshaa Mines (OLDM). Alan proved be a very capable executive who has a mix of rare leadership skills. He dealt with strategic and operational complexity, using a combination of very refined analytical skills and an ability to passionately engage with the workforce to unlock their ideas and problem solving potential.
