Our consulting services have delivered successful strategic projects and management leadership services to Xstrata (now Glencore), Harmony Gold (Australia), Ok Tedi Mining Ltd (PNG), Kumul Minerals Holdings Ltd (PNG) and Variscan Mining.

Alan is the company’s CEO. He previously held Senior Executive leadership and management roles internationally as MD with Ok Tedi Mining, Executive General Manager with Debswana (Botswana) and other senior roles with Rio Tinto, Iluka, Xstrata and Anglo American. He is widely recognized for his strategic focus, leadership development and deliver of productivity improvement and waste reduction.
